I’m finally home. Back in the land of the free and fat asses. A little bit of reverse-culture shock. Everyone seems so loud and there are stores everywhere. Not to mention it feels like everyone gained five pounds since I left. The Europe trip was great. I got to meet a lot of cool people and work with some good guys. Some impressions of each city I was in, in a couple sentences:

Paris – Rude people. Shitty nightlife. Overpriced. Take your future wife there, but don’t stay.
Cologne – Quaint and friendly. Fun. Raise 2.5 kids and a dog there.
Hamburg – The “Commercial” German city. Nice nightlife, but few hot girls.
Brussels – Best beer in the world, bar none. Incredibly friendly people. But even fewer hot girls.
Amsterdam – Got to admit, I was completely distracted by an Aussie girl, then a Canadian girl here. So I rarely saw the outside of their hotel rooms. And when I did, it was touristy areas. Either way, great vibe, super nice people, all spoke English. I need to go back and do it for real.
Prague – Spent too little time here. Stunningly beautiful city and the girls are a step up from anywhere in western Europe. Unfortunately, I was coaching, so we did the more touristy venues. Significant language barrier too.
Berlin – Holy shit. Nightlife can’t be topped. Not even South American clubs can top it. You can find a good club that goes until dawn any day of the week and on weekends, they don’t even stop when the sun comes up, they just go straight until the next night. It’s amazing I survived.

I’ll be relaxing for a couple days and then doing a lot of work. There are going to be a couple of major launches in the next month as well as some major announcements.
